Installation can be included where the site and scope allow. Installation requirements, site conditions and access all affect the quotation. Confirm during consultation whether you need supply only, or supply with installation.

We are based in Mbombela / White River, Mpumalanga, and we assist clients across South Africa and in selected areas of Lesotho. Coverage for a specific town is confirmed when we quote delivery and installation.

Yes. Floor plans, room sizes, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, finishes, windows, doors, roofing and selected services can be discussed and quoted. Custom work is specified in the quotation so the scope is clear before you confirm.

Bathrooms can be included where the house type and quotation specify them. Layout, fittings and finishes are confirmed in the proposal — they are not assumed on every package.

Kitchens can be specified as part of the house. Cabinetry, fittings and finishes vary by budget and house type, and are listed in the quotation rather than treated as a standard inclusion.

Electrical and plumbing installations can be quoted where required. The extent of work (points, fittings, connection-ready work versus full connection) is agreed in the quotation and depends on site services.

Programme depends on the house type, size, site readiness, access, weather and the agreed scope. Modular, precast and Wendy / Nutec structures are generally faster on site than full brick construction. A realistic timeline is given with the quotation.

No. Example precast prices on this website do not automatically include delivery, installation or upgraded finishes. Always confirm what is included in the written quotation.

Yes. Landlords, investors and developers can enquire about multiple units. Bulk orders are planned around manufacturing capacity, delivery and installation sequencing.
